Do you have a Vendor List?

We would be happy to work with any licensed/insured Vendor that you choose!

Do you require event insurance?

Yes event insurance is required.

Is alcohol allowed at my event?

YES! Liquor/Hard alcohol must be provided and served by licensed liquor caterer.

Beer/wine/seltzers: May be provided to on-site licensed bartenders to be served to your guests.

Is security required at my event?

All events with alcohol require security.

Is this a child friendly venue?

Your event will be most successful with highly supervised children, due to the inherent risks of this industrial venue.

Is the property pet friendly?

Leashed pets welcome at the discretion of your event host. Owner is responsible for clean up.
